SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK Shipments.
Shipped via TNT 3 - 4 working days. Shipments to remote locations can take 7-10 days with TNT. 


EU VAT Registered (Business) Customers:
Starlink travel cases are shipped from Belgium for business customers with a EU USt/MwSt/BTW/TVA/IVA VAT Number. Business customers will incur zero additional duties or VAT/Excise charges upon receipt. Items are shipped UPS with a confirmed Customer EU Vat Number.

European Shipments are sent by UPS, 3-4 working days. Shipments to remote locations can take 7-10 days with UPS. 

EU - NON VAT Registered (Non-Business) Customers
Items are shipped from the UK with EU Duty and VAT paid, so no additional import or VAT for EU customers. Delivery is 4-7 days with a tracked service, normally DPD.


USA Shipments. 
Shipped by International FedEx, The USA has an $800 duty threshold, so customers will not pay further duties unless they are in excess of this figure.

REST OF WORLD SHIPMENTS.
We can ship to any country in the world, please get in touch with your postal details for a shipping quote at enquiries@starpack.uk  We ship Fedex International, globally, tracked.

RETURNS
We will swap or refund any item within 30 days without query. 
UK and ROW goods, returned to UK. EU goods can be returned to our warehouse in Antwerp, whether shipped from the UK or EU. 
Unwanted goods to be returned at customers expense.
Once the item is received we will issue a refund within 4 working days.  
Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.

The Starlink travel case is guaranteed for one year on workmanship from date of delivery, this covers any eventuality, any scenario.
